1988-1989 yıllarında TÜSTAŞ Planlama Bölüm Başkanı ve Proje Yöneticisi olarak
İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi'ne hazırlanan bu "Su Şehri" Projesi bu dönemde ülkenin en önemli konut ve kentsel gelişme projelerinden biridir.

İZMİR Büyük Şehir Belediyesine; 17 Pafta 1/1000 ve 1/500
tasarımlar, altyapı projeleri ve peyzaj projeleri, maket ve 10 000 adet tanıtım
broşürü hazırlanmıştır.
PROJE YÖNETİCİSİ olarak Belçika, Hollanda ve İngiltere’ye teknik
ziyaret gezisi yapılmıştır.
